Jeff is originally from the Syracuse Area but then attended undergrad and completed an MBA at Coastal Carolina University. He started his career in the financial reporting group with O’Brien & Gere (now Ramboll) before moving to Charlotte to accept an international corporate accounting position at Globe Express Services (GES). He worked closely at GES with the Controller and CFO, providing monthly financial reporting packages, and implementing a NetSuite Accounting System across subsidiaries in 32 countries.
An opportunity arose to return to Syracuse for a Controller position which worked at for couple years. He then started Key Advising in 2016. Starting his own Accounting and Fractional CFO Services firm he saw as an opportunity to be able to support multiple businesses in the community. Currently he is President of Key Advising, helping organizations across the private sector improve financial literacy and efficiency through technology and process improvement.
In his free time you will most likely find Jeff outdoors. Whether he is fishing, hunting, or taking his dog hiking, he looks for almost any excuse to be outdoors! On weekends he finds camping in the Adirondack Mountains to be one of his favorite places to get away and relax.
